Pick-Up & Holding Policy Pick-up orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Wait to receive the "Ready For Pick-Up" email with instructions and hours before heading to Cree Wine Company. During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide the name of the individual picking up your order (must be 21+) as well as the date of intended pickup. If the person or date changes, please contact a member of our Retail Team using the information below. We hold all UNPAID orders for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, your unpaid items will be returned to stock and any pending invoices will be canceled. We hold all PAID orders for 3 months unless previous arrangements have been made. An attempt to contact you (via email and/or phone) will be made every 30 days. If no arrangements have been made to hold your paid order past the 3 months, a refund will be issued to your form of payment and items will be returned to stock. We make all attempts to accommodate each and every order with the limited space we have available.
