Our Shipping Information

How Shipping of Wine Works:

At the time of check out, all ownership of wine has been transferred to you. We, Cree Wine Company, then arrange shipping on your behalf though second or third party shippers. Other than during times when we have a weather hold, shipments typically take 1-2 weeks before leaving our premises, depending on the region. We will notify you prior to your order being shipped, and again once your shipment is on its way to provide tracking information.

All orders require an adult (21+ year old) signature upon delivery- no exceptions. 

  • Shipping Near Hampton, NJ:
    • Please check our delivery policies for local orders. You can also email us at info@creewineco.com or call us at (908) 200-7772.
    • You may also pick up at the tasting room address: 167 PERRYVILLE ROAD, HAMPTON NJ 08827. Please note there is no "wine shop" to visit, so it is highly encouraged to place your order online for pick-up. If you have any questions or would like assistance in selecting wine or spirits, please email info@creewineco.com or call (908) 200-7772, and a member of our crew will gladly respond with recommendations.
  • Shipping to NJ (outside of delivery area)*:
    • On orders to New Jersey outside of our local delivery area, we offer ground rate shipping that is calculated by weight at checkout. 
  • Shipping Out-of-State*:​​
    • We CAN ship to the following states: MD, CT, RI, MA, ME, VT, NY, PA, VA, WV, NC, OH, FL, SC, GA, TN, IN, IL, MO, WI, LA, IA, MN, OK, KS, NE, TX, NM, CO, WY, MT, ID, AZ, NV, WA, & CA.
      • All shipping rates and options are automatically calculated using weights and current measures at checkout. 
      • If you have any questions or would like to request specialized shipping, please reach out to us at info@creewineco.com or call (908) 200-7772.

Please note: Because of the laws surrounding shipping alcohol from the state of New Jersey we have to use a second or third party shipper for all out-of-state orders. This can occasionally cause a delay in getting your wine orders in the mail. Please reach out to us at info@creewineco.com to ensure there is a proper amount of time to get your wine if you need your order by a specific date.

  • We CANNOT ship to: AR, KY, MI, MS, ND, NH, SD, UT, AL, & DE. 

 

*Shipping of Wine During Excessive Temperatures:

The second and third party shipping companies we use on your behalf do not insure wine during times of excessive heat or cold. This means that you assume all liability for damages to your order. 

All shipping orders placed during times of extreme heat or cold are held free of charge in our temperature controlled cellar until weather conditions permit safe shipping. If you would like to override this weather hold, assume liability, and have your wine shipped, please note this in the "Notes" section of your order. A member of our crew will contact you on how best to proceed.
