Beautiful bouquet of fresh fruits, ripe Williams pears, tea and herbs including mint and melissa; slightly buttery and nutty. Medium-bodied and well-structured with a long finish.

Pinot Grigio is the most frequently cultivated variety in Alto Adige. A competent allrounder – ideal with vegetable lasagne, squash soup, potato casseroles and fresh cheeses like goat’s cream cheese
