This is a hand crafted, artisanal and authentic version of a noble grape - crisp, clean, bright, and fresh - a perfect “go to” everyday white that’s 1/3 the price of most Sancerre today.

It’s food friendly and versatile, with white flower notes, light to medium body, zero oak, fresh acidity and beautiful minerality gleaned from the cool alpine climate and gravelly-alluvial soils at the confluence of the Eisack and Etsch Rivers soils that cover the underlying the bedrock roots of the Alps.
