The 2022 vintage for whites was one of their favorites at the domaine, and they bottled with no additions of SO2. Fermentation was with indigenous yeast, with aging in neutral oak barrels, and no batonnage. This is a Chardonnay with a lot of potential & charming even now upon release. Notes of lemon and stone fruit on the palate, high acidity and mineral on the finish. This drinks way above the Bourgogne Blanc regional appellation, with tons of complex notes of fruit & nuts. Beautiful.
