Chris Cree MW - Value Score: 100 Points

Don’t miss this 100% Sauvignon Blanc from the racy 2024 vintage. In this vintage the Loire Valley went back to what it does best - producing crisp, mineral, laser focused white wines that are THE perfect pairing with all kinds of seafood & shellfish.

Born in the Amazing Terroir of the Loire Valley

Having a direct relationship with many of our growers is something beyond words in value. Tasting with Stephanie in Paris illustrated their passion, evident in the brilliance of the wines they produce. This small family Domaine elevates the Sauvignon Blanc grape to one of its highest expressions.

Here the limestone, flint and clay soils conspire with a perfect cool, continental climate to create white wines of amazing brilliance, detail and racy, mineral, intensity. This crisp and cool wine from Domaine Arnaud Et Stephanie Dezat has perfectly captured the essence of this great terroir.

Liquid Minerals & Seafood Nirvana

I tasted this early this year at Wine Paris with owner/winemaker Stephanie and was blown away! It’s clean, crisp, and finely tuned on the palate, with hints of green apple and gooseberry fruit, citrus notes, all balanced with crisp acidity and an underlying minerality that gives it beautiful tension from start to finish.

It is perfect with all kinds of lighter fare - seafood, shellfish, oysters, crudo, ceviche, shrimp, sole, flounder, fluke, salads, chevres and other goat cheeses, and so much more. Enjoy this now and over the next 2-3 years!
