Ok, we know we are a wine bar, but we actually do enjoy a PCA once in a while (palate cleansing ale as beers are known amongst Masters of Wine.) And we offer a small but unique selection of beers from local brewers and from around the world for the beer lovers among us. But this is only the second beer we have carried that I feel is worthy of an email offer all on its own.

Created by Screaming Eagle winemaker Nick Gislason, it is crafted with a wine drinkers palate in mind, and is quite simply one of the finest Lager beers I have ever had.

As winemakers, and lager brewers, these guys are guided by the seasons and only brew Hanabi lagers three to four times per year, seasonally, due to the long maturation times they employ. The beers are only offered to their mailing list of friends and family for shipping and local pickup and delivery within California.
