T-Oinos Description
T-Oinos is a 13-hectare organic vineyard on the Greek island of Tinos in the Aegean Sea. Its first traces of viticulture date back to 4000 BC and T-Oinos was created by Alexandre Avatangelos and Gérard Margeon in 1999 with Stéphane Derenoncourt joining in 2016. Located on a plateau with an altitude of 460m, the volcanic soil and steep terrain are the ideal place for Asyrtiko on a soil consisting of granite underground and sand on the surface.

“Aromas of green apples and limes with some iodine and sea shells. Medium-bodied, the palate shows plenty of flint and stone character with lime and lemon zest at the end and hints of green mango. Crisp and energetic with electric acidity.”
