Pinot Noir fruit comes from two parcels in Savigny-lès-Beaune (‘Bourgeots’ and ‘Planchots’). Grapes are organically-farmed, foot-trodden, and the juice sees no new oak. The wine is fresh, fruit-driven, supple and juicy with a complex palate with serious concentration but still being light on its feet.
