Proprietà Sperino Uvaggio is a blend of 80% Nebbiolo, 15% Vespolina and 5% Croatina. Hand harvested, native yeasts, aged in barrels, barriques, and 15-hectoliter casks for 22 months.
Light ruby in the glass with soaring aromas of red flowers, crunchy berry fruits and an enticing savory freshsness. The palate is vibrant and full of energy with explosive minerality and fruit concentration that is surprisingly delicate; a rich body framed by svelt, mouthcoating tannins and a finish that is long, complex and refreshing. Enjoyable upon release, the Sperino Uvaggio will age gracefully for 10+ years.
