Climate: 2022 vintage marked by record heat since the start of the measures. In addition, very low precipitation was recorded with approximately 480 mm of rainfall over the year.
Vinification: Pressing without destemming. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. No malolactic fermentation. Vinification in stainless steel vats, aged on fine lees for 5 months. Put in bottles at the end of March 2023.
Tasting: Quite delicate nose with floral notes, white flowers but also white peach. The rather fresh attack quickly gives way to a slight roundness with a beautiful structure. acid which gives body to the wine. Food and wine pairing: ideal wine for an aperitif due to its low alcohol content and its lightness, also suitable for meals around cheese (fondue, raclette).
