Based in Avize in the heart of the Cote des Blanc, Michel Gonet crafts some brilliant expressions of Chardonnay. Les 3 Terroirs refers to the 3 villages from which grapes are sourced to make this brilliant Blanc de Blancs. 

The 3 Terroirs Blanc de Blancs is an extra brut Champagne made from Chardonnay that spends 6 years aging on the lees. Elegant and racy with citrus, apple and pear aromas rounded out by hazelnut and toast from the long lees aging with a delightfully full and creamy mouthfeel. Fantastic value, Blanc de Blanc (100% Chardonnay) Champagne. Blended to perfection and expressing the disctinct qualities of the terroir from which its grapes derive.

Gonet is a very old name in Champagne. The family moved to Champagne from the Beaujolais region in the 15th century and worked in the vineyards before establishing a Champagne house in the early 1800s. Each subsequent generation helped lay a foundation for a successful domaine with the most recent patriarch, Michel Gonet, enlarging the cellars in Avize and refocusing their winemaking in the 1970s.
