100% Pinot Blanc by Manincor. The grapes are cultivated in Lieben Aich, in Terlano, vineyard Eichhorn, where the climate is warm and the exposition of the vineyards turns to south-west. Here the volcanic lands, located 300 meters above the sea level, are mainly characterized by sands. The wine making starts with the elimination of stalks and it is followed by 12 hours maceration on skins, in order to extract aromas and structure. The spontaneous fermentation is managed in wooden barrels. 4 months aging on lees adds an additional layer of complexity. 

Beautiful aromas and flavors of citrus, almonds, mineral, white fruits, white flowers with a long, layered finish. Highly Recommended.
