Then it checks all the right boxes for high quality - great terroir, low yields, minimal handling, sustainable farming, French oak aging, and minimal fining and filtration. Lovely dark fruits on the nose, supple, round ripe Cabernet on the palate with dark fruits, cassis, cherry and a hint of oak. Tannins are soft and round, simply a great affordable Cabernet to pull the cork on now and enjoy guilt free for the next 2-4 years.
