Pale salmon pinkish hue, beautiful aromas of pink grapefruit, nectarine, citrus and a hint of guava and tropical fruits lead off. The palate doubles down with bright, clean, refreshing mineral tinged wine redolent of all those enticing elements in its bouquet. Dry, focused, and complex with lovely acidity. Cheers! -Chris
This amazing property was founded by Karina and Guillaume Lefèvre after they met hiking in Corsica. In 2004 they purchased the property using their savings and programs set up by the French Government to entice young people from leaving the countryside for the cities and encourage them to farm and preserve France’s rural countryside and tradition of small family farms. Today they biodynamically farm 29 hectares of traditional Provençal red and white varieties grown in a flaky limestone soil known as "Lauze" from which the winery takes its name, Domaine de Sulauze. The majority of their production is the beautiful Pompette rosé, but even so it sells out immediately!
