100% Loin de L'Oeil. Fine & intense, w/ white fruits and flowers, pear, apple, oak and mineral. This has good intensity and long length on the finish to make this a hidden gem. Pair with scallop crudo, fish dishes, filet mignon of pork, veal escalope or panfried foie gras.
Harvest is done by hand and the wine is fermented in new oak barrels using indigenious yeast. It is then aged in barrel and aged on the lees to add layers of complexity. Highly Recommended!
