Eola Springs Vineyard and Paul Gerrie Vineyard are the structural skeleton with defining acidity and phenolics. The Von Oehson and Seven Springs Vineyards flesh out the body of the wine with generous fruit, weight and length. Concentrated, textured and layered, the wines finish with salinity and a structured mineral edge. Complex aromatically, the wine is perfumed by lemon verbena, chamomile, pineapple, citrus (think lemon zest and tangerine peel) and pears. Subtlety and nuance to the profundity of the aromatics.
Inviting aromas of chamomile, fresh lemon and fresh herbs. Medium-bodied with bright acidity. Fresh and vibrant with a lot of energy and longevity.
