The scenic Chateau is built of the same volcanic black rock that underlies their beautifu vineyards. Farming uses no pesticides or herbicides, all wines are from estate grown fruit.
This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from grapes grown organically in the hills near the village of Vias along the Mediterranean coast. Rocky volcanic soil, 25+ year old vines, fermented and aged in stainless steel.
