A pale yet radiant pink color adorned with warm glints of gold. This cuvée unveils a subtle aroma leading to an elegant, delicate bouquet of fine notes of red berries and zest of citrus fruits. Its special method of vinification gives this cuvée a light, elegant flavor followed by a fresh finish with a taste of raspberry. This cuvée is an ideal partner as an aperitif and can also accompany a dish of wild salmon or sushi. For dessert, it will add a sublime touch to red fruit flavors.
Winemaking: "With no skin-contact maceration to avoid tannins and to preserve freshness and lightness, the Rosé is blended with Pinot Noir and vinified as a red wine, which yields richness and “vinosité”.
It all started in 1818 when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon were married, marking the creation of their Champagne House. This has been a family story since the beginning with Louis Salmon, brother of Elisabeth and a passionate oenologist, getting involved in the creation of the wines. Thus, over 7 generations, each member of the family has endeavored to continue the family tradition, staying faithful to the same motto: 'Give priority to quality, strive for excellence.'"
