Since 1989, Cava Bertha has been producing what they believe to be the best wine in the world: The Cava. To them, nowhere else will one find a sparkling wine with so marked a personality. On account of its local grape varieties, land, and climate, the Sant Sadurni d'Anoia region produces the unique personality of the Cava. The Montserrat mountain range gives shelter to the Penedès region, which is located rather close to the sea. Its a special place where base wines are produced because of its extraordinay situation. The landscape is an spectacle in any period of the year.

As the Bertha Cava is a reserva, it spent 15 months maturing in the bottle before release. This cava is produced with macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada. It’s ideal to be served with aperitifs, starters, fish and white meat. Its scent reminds us of fruit, confectionary, flowers and vegetables. It offers a taste of yeast, fresh fruit, creaminess and, above all, a very subtle and well-integrated carbon dioxide.
