• Vineyard: The Sonoma County Cabernet is a blend of declassified barrels from Montecillo and Monte Rosso barrels blended with some wine from the coastal Lichau Hill Vineyard (located nears Gap’s Crown in the hills above Penngrove).

• Vinification: Fermented using native yeasts in a combination of steel tank and barrel
• Aging: Aged predominately in older, French oak with a small percentage being new (14%)
• Notes: This is classic, relatively unadorned Cabernet that showcases beautiful fruit

The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon (Sonoma County) is elegant, polished and so pure. Precise, with gorgeous aromatic intensity, this rushes forth with sweet floral notes, red-toned fruit, mint, orange peel an spice. The 2022 is exquisite, delicious and very pretty. Dollops of Cabernet Franc and Malbec round out the blend.
