Cask-aged dry gin produced by The Kyoto Distillery in Kyoto, Japan. 11 botanicals include juniper, yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), red shiso leaves, bamboo leaves, ginger, lemon, orris, gyokuro tea, sansho peppercorn, and kinome (peppercorn leaves).

Botanicals are macerated in rice spirit and separately distilled to capture their optimal flavor before blending
Proofed down with water sourced from the Fushimi region, known for its delicate brewing water. Aged 6 months in Henri Giraud Champagne oak barriques. Limited US release of 600 bottles. Non-chill filtered; 48% ABV

KI NO BI’s Edition G is the result of a groundbreaking collaboration with winemaker Henri Giraud, a partnership that came about after 12th generation owner, Claude Giraud, visited the Kyoto Distillery. The Kyoto Distillery’s first aged gin sees the 11 classic KI NO BI botanicals perfectly complemented by the fruit and vanilla imparted by the Champagne casks.
