Nulu - Small Batch Toasted Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Straight bourbon whiskey sourced, finished, blended, and bottled by Prohibition Craft Spirits in Louisville, Kentucky. Bourbon distilled by MGP in Indiana; two mash bills may be utilized for any given batch: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley and 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley. Aged 6 years in new American oak barrels and finished in a combination of new heavy toast, medium toast, and charred American oak barrels.

Toasted coconut and coffee cake mingle enticingly on the nose, complemented by dry tobacco. A creamy palate is balanced with baking spice and underripe mango with a confectionary finish of marshmallow, cinnamon, and black peppercorn. Non-chill filtered; 54.6% ABV
