A testament to our passion, patience and pioneering spirit. Our small lot series allows us to continue our spirit of experimentation by applying our hard-won house style to products with a specific focus. This wheated bourbon whiskey is in a league of its own.

Production: Since our first distilling season we have been experimenting with all elements of whiskey production. Screaming Titan features a four-grain mash bill made up of at least 30% wheat. This small lot release is composed of hand 50 selected barrels aged at least 5 years.

Tasting Notes: Cutting into some of the richness and viscosity of corn, this larger wheat component lightens this bourbon up a bit and lets honey floral notes shine though.

Walnut toffee, black pepper, tree bark and peach tart lend a burly character, while orange peel and warming sensation of chocolate crossiant grace the midpalate. A well-defined attention-getter."
