Calumet Farm Single Rack Black 15 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey is the pinnacle of the Calumet Farm Bourbon family. It represents the premium quality our brand is known for, as well as the hard-earned badge of patience. Allowing our bourbon to age slowly in Kentucky-only rick houses is a testament to doing things the right way - the way bourbon should be done. All barrels used to craft these rare batches are aged in a single, center cut rack. This expression of the Calumet Farm Bourbon family is our most aged and highest proof to date. It is Non-Chill Filtered for added depth of character and color.
We use extremely small batches of just 19 barrels for our Single Rack Black program. All barrels used are aged in a single, center cut rack from the ideal maturation location and conditions inside the rick house. These expressions of the Calumet Farm Bourbon family are a true convergence of craftsmanship and flavor.
We use hand-selected barrels from a large private stock of premium Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. The bourbon must meet our highest standards for character, body and overall flavor before being used to craft our prestigious and robust Kentucky bourbon.
Our most premium, 16, 15, and 14 Year Old Single Rack Black Kentucky Straight Bourbons are Non-Chill Filtered for added depth of character and color.
Although corn is the predominate grain, the mash bill used to craft Calumet Farm Bourbons is traditionally known as a ‘high-rye’ mixture. These percentages allow for the bold, yet smooth flavors of our bourbon to present well, whether that is neat, over ice or in a classic cocktail.
