Estate-grown Blue Weber agave from 300 ha lowland site, practicing organic. A dark and complex Añejo that’s rich with brown sugar and baking spice aromas. The refined palate showcases an agave quality with a touch of spice on the finish.
Don Eduardo is part of the fifth generation of Tequila distillers from the Orendain family. The agave for all Arette tequilas comes from the family's certified organic farm near Tequila, Jalisco. Ancestors of the Orendain family have lived in the Valley of Tequila for generations. In addition to his role as president of the National Chamber of the Tequila Industry, Don Eduardo served as mayor of the city of Tequila (CNIT). Arette was made by Eduardo and Jaime Orendain, who went back to the place where their family's tradition of making Tequila originated in the early 1900s, the El Llano distillery. The year 1978 saw the reconstruction of El Llano, while the year 1986 saw the birth of Tequila Arette. All of these 100% de Agave Tequilas are bottled on the estate where they were originally produced, so you know you're getting quality and value.
