As with the original batch, a primary maturation in ex-bourbon casks has softened the whisky and allowed our signature flavour profile to develop while a secondary maturation, the finish, in Shaved Toasted and Re-charred ex-red wine casks has brought a wonderful deep colour and delicious red fruit flavours to the whisky.
