Signatory The Un-Chillfiltered Collection Glenrothes 13 Year Old Description
Signatory is an independent bottler of rare Single Malt Scotches. This is from their Un-Chillfiltered Collection, meaning it is not chill-filtered so the whisky is more full-bodied and full-flavored. This expression blew us away with its complex aromas and flavors of cereal, heather, honey and crunchy sea salt. Bottles are numbered, extremely rare.

- Aged 13 Years Old
- Matured in Bourbon Hogshead
- Cask No. 889
- 46% abv
- Speyside Single Malt
- Non-Chill Filtered, Natural Color
