Redwood Empire - Pipe Dream Bourbon Whiskey

Just as the temperatures begin to drop and the leaves are changing comes a terrific Bourbon offer from Redwood Empire. Tom is a WSET Diploma graduate and passionate whiskey lover, he can’t wait to share all the hidden gems he has discovered through his 13+ years as a buyer in a top Manhattan wine shop.

Today we kick off our Spirits Collection with a well priced, delicious Bourbon from Sonoma County. Redwood Empire’s Pipe Dream Bourbon is named for a 367 foot tall, 1,340 year old Redwood Tree. Made from a high corn mash blend of 75% Corn, 21% Raw Rye, and 4% Malt Barley and aged in barrels from four to twelve years. Beautiful amber hue, with rich caramel notes on the nose, warm, supple and deep on the palate, with roasted pecan notes and a long, lingering charry, oak finish. It has its share of accolades, winning a Gold Medal at the Las Vegas Global Spirit Awards in 2019, Double Gold at the San Diego Spirits Festival in 2019, and was one of Forbes Magazine’s Best New Bourbons. Exceptionally smooth, it is a great introduction to our spirits portfolio that will leave you feeling warm & happy!
