Foursquare Distillery Description

Single blended aged rum produced by Foursquare Distillery in Saint Philip, Barbados. Blend of double retort copper pot still and twin column Coffey still rums. Distilled from molasses by Master Distiller & Master Blender, Richard Seale. Molasses is close-top fermented 44–48 hours. Aged 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels entirely in Barbados. No added sugar, coloring, or other additives.

Inviting aromas of toasted coconut, nutmeg, and milk chocolate precede a palate which echoes the nose with the addition banana chips, vanilla, and papaya; brown butter, guava, and toasted hazelnut round out the finish. 46% ABV
